Choosing a Doula is one of the most important decisions you will make during your pregnancy. My goal is to provide emotional and physical support to you and your partner. 

 

Studies have shown that birth outcomes may improve when a women in labor receives, continuous reassurance, comfort, encouragement, and respect.  Studies have also shown that the level of support given to a mother during labor, birth  and in the post- partum period following the birth, may strengthen or weaken the emotional ties between the mother and child.
